Hey there Mr. Mali. Got a note the other day, from a far more erudite gent than myself, that included the following anonymous quote that made me think of you. To wit: 'A well taught class fills; a poorly taught class empties." Wishing you a most colorful Autumn Equinox...

Wow, that was my birthday! I would have never thought about that though. Despite having rythem, I don't think of such numerical things. Your skill with language extends to the numerical patterns of our symbols as well. I must remember to tell you of this when we meet on 9/16/08 when you visit our College and my class. BTW it is a class for those who want to become teachers. We will be discussing Philosophy. Hopefully, we can add to your quest for 1000 teachers. Let me know if you have questions about it. I look forward to meeting you.

Steven, I think you might qualify as one of the 1,000 people I have steered into the teaching profession. The next step is to go here:

Fill in the form at the bottom of the page and you are halfway to being an official part of the list. Thank you for what you do!

Only one that has taught math would think of this =) Taylor, I want to thank you. I saw your "What teachers make" video on YouTube during my senior year in college, where I was studying biology to become a doctor. Last week, I started my teaching credential at CSU Fullerton, the beginnings of my path to becoming a science teacher. Needless to say, you, in those three minutes, inspired me to become a teacher. And I'll forever be grateful. Thank you for everything you do, and should you need people to help with your Mission, know that I'm waiting to help.

We have a winner. I'm contacting you now.

I'm PRETTY sure that'd be 08-28-888...
