May I be so blunt as to say what in the H E Double ToothPick? Where's the after photo with yellowed teeth and smoke stained fingernails? And why is it in English??? Shouldn't it be in Spanish... Every Loco in la Cabeza deserves to die early?!?! This just makes me want to knock a hole in that wall (Versus knocking sense into someone's head.) =^..^=
